1.1 The Software & concept

At the centre of every GASP System is its user friendly, state-of-the-art software that controls and co-ordinates each system with precision. The software is designed specifically for use by the Professional Coach allowing him/her to perform a detailed analysis of the students swing. The software is compliant with any sport where Motion Analysis is required as part of the coaching regime and the tools are divided into the 3 categories listed below.

DRAWING TOOLS

Gasp's simple to use Drawing Tools allow you to draw objects and reference lines on top of the video. As you move the mouse over the buttons in the bar, a small tag is displayed telling you what the tool is.

OPERATIONS TOOLS

The main criteria of GASP software is that it should be equally as easy to use for the Professional with a limited knowledge of Computers as it is for the Professional who may have an extensive knowledge of Computer Technology. For that reason the Operational Tools Interface has been designed to accommodate all levels of expertise.

MANAGEMENT TOOLS

Gasp's Management Tools are designed to enable you to store and easily retrieve important information about each student and every swing recorded by the system. The tools include a Full Mail Merge System and Report Generator, which allow you to mail shot part or your entire database with the click of a button. The system can be backed up to CD, used with an external player monitor and incorporates the facility to customise your own program and printout with your personal logo and artwork.
